Scottish Hypnotherapy

bridgeClinical Hypnotherapy, using one to one sessions, is a simple and effective way of changing unwanted behaviour. It is a totally safe procedure and all that is necessary is that the person is ready for the change and really wants it to happen.

It can help to stop smoking, reduce weight, tackle phobias, prevent panic attacks, alleviate anxiety, increase confidence, improve sleeping habits (including bed-wetting), and stop tension headaches. It can help couples with unexplained infertility to conceive and also support the couple during IVF.

Many other conditions can be helped by hypnotherapy, especially any condition made worse by stress. It is entirely safe, the patient is aware of everything said by the therapist and will not respond to suggestions they do not agree with.

It is used in the private healthcare sector and the NHS to complement or replace conventional treatments and is suitable for a wide range of problems where treatment requires the changing of longstanding habits.
